No one is online or you are getting the following message: Cannot establish connection to message server

1. Check if the red X mark is present here:

2. Check if the messenger ports are open:

IP address: check the main page URL domain here to look up the IP you open the system from.

Host: intrum[technical identifier] (look it up in the first system activation email you received);

Protocol: WSS (Web Socket Secure):

Use a protocol switching proxy only.

3. You can also try reauthorizing, clearing cookies and cache in your browser, rebooting your Internet connection/computer.
