Invoices and Financial Tools

Use payment tools to log your billing history and perform financial operations.

Go to Main menu — Settings — Financial tools and payment details (available to administrators only):

1 — payment details settings; 
2 — invoice templates;
3 — selection of account details fields to be set obligatory when generating invoices;
4 — selection of users with the access to invoices;
5 — currency settings;
6 — company details; 
7 — adding new details.

To start using payment tools, add your company details (8) and set access permissions (5) for users dealing with invoices:

When finished with settings, you will find all the payment tools available on page "Invoices":

1 — invoices;
3 — transactions history (data log);
4 — create new invoice.
